Agrani Bank Limited started its operation and the assumption of continuity through a sales agreement between the Ministry of Finance, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh on behalf of former Agrani Bank and the Board of Directors of Agrani Bank Limited at 15 November 2007 retroactive to July 1, 2007.
